Cybersecurity Consortium for Defense Manufacturing

Through the Cybersecurity Consortium for Defense Manufacturing (CCDM), Arizona leads the nation in developing a sustainable, secure, and resilient regional defense manufacturing base that utilizes digitization and automation to increase productivity while successfully mitigating associated cybersecurity and national security risk

The CCDM will bring together leading organizations from Arizona’s public and private sectors to improve the cybersecurity posture of defense manufacturers in the greater Phoenix-Tucson-Flagstaff megaregion.

The CCDM’s three-pronged approach (the Studio, the OASIS Platform, and the Engine) will result in the following outcomes:

  1. An expanded, more diverse universe of potential cybersecurity employees for manufactures in the region (the Studio);
  2. A current cybersecurity workforce that is better trained and up to date on latest developments in the field (the Studio);
  3. Development of a common cybersecurity infrastructure called the OASIS Platform
  4. Improved and updated cybersecurity systems and processes (the Engine);
  5. Increased ability to test and transition new technologies into operational use (the Engine).
